Rentals are available for 3 or 7 days. To avoid late fees, please ensure your dress is postmarked for return on or before the last day of your rental period. If you need a dress for a longer period of time, please reach out for a custom quote!

Our dresses are not available for full wedding day rentals. They can be rented for styled shoots, engagement sessions, elopements, content days, or portfolio work. This policy helps us maintain the cleanliness and quality of our collection.

If the dress is not postmarked on final day of your rental, a late fee of $50 per day will be charged. Please contact us immediately if there are any unexpected delays or if your package is lost/stolen.

Absolutely! You can request a different size in a dress you love, and while we can’t promise availability, we’ll do everything we can to make it happen for you.

Yes, all dresses are professionally cleaned before they are shipped to you. We kindly ask that you take care of the dresses and return it to us as it was sent. Please do not attempt to clean dresses on your own.

If the dress is damaged with food, drinks, dirt, water, makeup, odor, or rips, the deposit will not be returned. If the dress cannot be recovered, you will be required to pay for it in full.

No, dresses cannot be worn in water. Water exposure can cause irreversible damage, and you may be required to pay for the dress in full if it is returned damaged.

Yes, we ship to clients across the United States. Please allow sufficient shipping time when planning your rental to ensure it arrives on time. We are not currently shipping to Hawaii and Alaska.

Yes! All dresses are available to be picked up in La Crosse, WI.

A return label will be included in your package, once you’re ready to send the dress back. Please put all garments back in the same box with their original packaging to protect the dresses, add the return label, drop it off, and you’re good to go! Please package the dress in the original bags it was shipped in.
