We want these gowns to remain as beautiful as the day they were made, ensuring they can be shared and loved by many creatives to come. Please handle your rental with care and follow these guidelines.

RENTAL PERIOD

Your rental is available for either 3 or 7 days. To avoid late fees, please make sure the package is postmarked for return on or before the last day of your rental.

RETURNING YOUR DRESS

• A prepaid return label is included with your order.

• Please return the dress in the same box and dress bags it was shipped in to protect it during transit.

• Ensure all pieces (including any accessories, if applicable) are packed before sealing the box.

• Drop off the package at the appropriate shipping location on time to avoid late fees.

DRESS CARE

Our dresses are delicate and require thoughtful handling. Please follow these guidelines to keep them in excellent condition:

• Avoid water: Do not wear the dress in water or damp environments, as moisture can damage delicate fabrics.

• Mind the hem: When outdoors, pick up the skirt whenever possible to prevent stains, snags, or excessive dirt.

• Steaming instructions: If needed, gently steam the dress using a steamer with a thin towel placed between the garment and the steamer to prevent water spots. Never press the steamer directly onto the fabric.

• Be mindful of makeup and perfume: Apply these before getting dressed to avoid stains.

CLEANING & DAMAGES

• Do not attempt to clean or dry clean the dress yourself—we handle all professional cleaning.

• Any damages beyond normal wear and tear may result in additional charges.

• If an accident happens, let us know as soon as possible so we can assess the best solution.
