TERMS

RENTAL PERIOD

  • The standard rental period is 3 days or 7 days.

  • Dresses must be postmarked for return on the last rental day to avoid late fees.

LATE FEELS/CANCELLATIONS

  • A late fee will be charged for any dress not postmarked on the last rental day..

  • Contact us immediately if you anticipate a delay to discuss arrangements.

  • Cancellations are not accepted within 10 days of your rental date. A full refund will be issued if canceled before the 10 day period

  • If you need to cancel within 10 days to no refund will be issued

  • Sincerely Yours has provided accurate measurement information for all items and guarantees the models measurements are also accurate. Refunds will not be made for dresses that don’t fit. 

  • A late fee of $50 per day will be charged to your card if your package is not returned on time.

DEPOSIT

  • There will be a refundable deposit per item in your order. If any damage occurs, the repair cost will be assessed and deducted from your deposit. 

  • If there is no damage to your items, you will be refunded your deposit in full within 7-10 days. 

DRESS CONDITION

  • All dresses are shipped professionally cleaned and ready to wear.

  • Dresses must be returned in the same clean condition.

  • Dresses cannot be worn in water or returned with damage, including but not limited to:

    • Stains from food, drinks, or makeup

    • Rips, tears, or excessive dirt

    • Strong odors

    • Water damage

DAMAGE AND LOSS

  • A deposit of 35% of the rental price is required for all rentals. The deposit will not be refunded if the dress is returned damaged or stained.

  • Pictures will be taken prior to the rental to ensure the dress ships in a clean and like-new condition

  • Your credit card may be held on file in case of damages or loss of rental 

  • If a dress is beyond repair, the renter will be charged the full replacement cost.

    • Guidelines for Dresses Damaged Beyond Repair: 

      • Dress submerged in water

      • Alterations made to the dress/garment

      • Large Tears

      • Excessive odor/cigarette odor 

      • Broken Zippers/straps 

      • Champagne/drink stains/food stains

      • Self tanner stains

  • Dress price is listed on the product page, that is the amount you will be charged for a damaged product. The charge will come from us on the card used to make the purchase and you will be notified with photo proof of damage. 

  • We understand things happen, please notify us immediately if something happens to the dress and we will work with you on a solution. 

  • Sincerely Yours is not responsible for lost or stolen items once shipped. If your package is stolen, please contact us immediately. If the error is made by UPS, you will not be responsible for any loss. If the package is delivered and stolen, you will be charged for the full amount of the items. 

DRESS AVAILABILITY REQUESTS

  • All dresses are sourced by Sincerely Yours.

  • If you request a different size for a dress, we will do our best to accommodate, but availability is not guaranteed.

USAGE RESTRICTIONS

  • Dresses may not be rented for full wedding-day use to ensure the collection remains in excellent condition.

  • Dresses are ideal for styled shoots, elopements, engagement sessions, portfolio work, and content creation.

  • Dresses cannot be tampered with or altered. Please use dress clamps for fitting. 

SHIPPING

  • We ship from Minnesota to 48 US states

  • We are not currently shipping to Hawaii or Alaska

  • We will ship your order 3-5 days before the start of your rental slot, please allow sufficient time for delivery when planning your rental. We are not responsible for delays by UPS or any issues for deliveries unable to be made by UPS due to error in address or unavailability of client. 

LIABILITY

Sincerely Yours is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses, stolen or lost packages, injuries, acts of weather, failure to use rental, fitting issues and incorrect sizing by customer, damage caused by misuse of rental, non-adherence to care guidelines, allergies or sensitivities, wardrobe malfunctions, third party interferences, or unforeseen circumstances.
